Smeadlink Librarian is the central database browser and user interface that locates and displays document information from all Smeadlink modules. Like any good librarian, it quickly finds what you are looking for and brings it to you, regardless of where it is stored. Surprisingly easy to use, Librarian has a powerful array of features that adapt to your specific work processes. Knowledge management is made easy in Librarian through an intuitive interface that is modeled after the most familiar applications in use today. Imaged records and host computer data are displayed through the same viewer. Users can find, display, print or fax records without even being aware of the storage medium used.
Regardless of what type of documents you manage with Smeadlink, all user activity occurs in the Librarian browser. By treating all document types in a similar manner, less training is needed, and adding other modules at a later time requires little additional training.
